“Designing your life around other peoples’ expectations won’t make you happy. It’s YOUR life, not theirs!”

You’re feeling overwhelmed and busy and are having crash outs every day. You’re tired of overfunctioning just to get by. Your friends joke about your perfectionist tendencies. But for you, it’s anything but funny and you don’t know how to tell your friends that—you don’t want to be a burden to them. Your perfectionism has you procrastinating everything in your life until the last minute. You’re tired of living this way. You’re stressed out and exhausted.
It’s time for a change.
I work with 14 to 30 year old creative, perfectionist women who feel asking for their needs is selfish and a burden to others. They may be dealing with a big life transition or navigating how to communicate with people in their life and set boundaries effectively. Life doesn’t have to feel hard; it shouldn't feel like you’re fighting against your life. I help you bring ease back into your relationships and navigate transitions. -
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP).
In 2026, I plan to get certified as a Certified Animal-Assisted Intervention Specialist (C-AAIS) and will bring my aussiedoodle, Lily, to work as my therapy partner.

My clients often mention that I help them think about things in ways they haven’t before and understand their underlying fears and how they impact their actions, enabling them to communicate effectively to the people who matter most in their life.
When I'm not in session, I’m hanging with my dogs, drinking a lavender oat latte, reorganizing my space, or fangirling Taylor Swift and making friendship bracelets. I curl up with a book, sometimes, and watch 30 Rock, Parks & Rec, Schitt's Creek often.
