“You are not broken, and healing doesn’t mean you have to become someone new. It simply means remembering who you’ve always been underneath the overthinking, frustration, anger, and anxiety.”
-
Overthinking. It rules your life; it muddles the thoughts in your head; it has you wondering what thoughts you should listen to and which you should just ignore. You hate that even a simple text from your partner or email from your boss derails your day with circular, overthinking thoughts. You type out a reply, then backspace. “That was too direct,” you think. You sigh. You’re exhausted, tired of pleasing people, tired of the anxiety eating at you, tired of overthinking.
You’re in the right place.
I work with self-aware, caring women who are tired of overthinking and trying to please everyone. They’re ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, create more peace in their relationships, and get curious about their experience. Whether you want to understand your struggles with anger, anxiety, why you feel the heavy burden of being responsible for everyone else’s emotions, or want to start trusting yourself and managing your emotions in healthier ways, therapy can be the first step to creating the life you truly want.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who interweaves a somatic modality to my sessions. As a Registered Yoga Teacher and Counselor, I’m hyperaware of how our body holds our trauma. My understanding of the mind-body connection brings a sense of calm and peace to my clients.
Beyond that, I am trained in EMDR, which is an evidence-based protocol that can help individuals heal from painful life experiences.

My clients mention that they feel safe opening up to me and feel understood quickly. If I were a drink, I'd be a London fog: calm, comforting, and gently energizing.
When I’m not in session with clients, you can find me on my yoga mat at Black Swan, spending time with my cat, eating at Nobie’s and Coltivare, going to incubus concerts, or just listening to music like Florence + The Machine.
